How To Cut A Pineapple


  1. Slice top of the pineapple.
  2. Position pineapple vertically and slice the skin off by sliding your knife from the top to bottom.
  3. Turn the pineapple on it's side and cut the bottom of the pineapple off.
  4. In diagonal sections remove the eyes of pineapple using two cuts that form a v (makes it easier to remove this portion).
  5. Cut pineapple in half, then in 1/4 sections, then in 1/8 sections (cutting vertically to your desired size).
